64-Card Interconnect 800GB/s: Alibaba Cloud M890 Super Node Now on Sale
Alibaba Cloud launches Lingjun Zhenwu M890 SuperNode instances, first in Ulanqab. It provides 64-card high-speed interconnected units, supporting up to 100 trillion parameter MoE model inference. This is China's first SuperNode to run over 2 trillion parameter models. Kimi K3 and Qwen3.8Max are served on it, featuring FP8/FP4 low-precision computing and ICN Switch1.0 chip.....
